Ceramic material based on kaolin (a special type of clay), feldspar and quartz; with a content of at least 30% calcium phosphate, which is used as fluff. This type of ceramic is fired at high temperature (about 1300 ºС), which contributes to the crystallization process, as a result of which the material becomes non-porous. It is characterized by exceptional whiteness, transparency, hardness and high impact resistance. This is one of the best types of porcelain.
